Don't worry, Jimbob, Nicky will suddenly decide to have a mutual love in with Carter USM now. Sean was probably just jealous of your drummer back in 1992.

James was on Janice Long's show last night, mentions they're thinking of a part Futurology & Greatest Hits and part Holy Bible in full tour

The bit about deciding if they are going to play the whole of THB in full later in the year was a bit of a shock. Sounds like its still on the table then. God can you imaging the scrum for tickets for that.

It would be a nightmare wouldn't it?

Wire said in a previous interview though that they have been offered some seriously good money to do it. I wouldn't be surprised.

Better save some money for the end of the year!

Maybe they're hesitating due to the potential shitstorm on here moaning how they shouldn't do it....

I'd be just as happy at a show that was Futurology and Greatest Hits based.

Still not sure I'd go even if I could get tickets.....I think it was special at the time, all 4 of the band, sure it would be strange for all sorts of reasons.....
BUT if it does come along I'll probably be tempted, just like everyone else on here.

I think it's the greatest album by any band ever - I would go and see it live but I can do without it.
However it might be a good way of moving on from that period for us as well as them.
Being blunt it wasn't a healthy time mentally, even though it produced a work of genius was it really worth the ultimate heartache?
As a human being I say no. As a fan of the band well obviously the album cements them as great but at a cost - a huge cost!
So if they do do it - IMO a one off gig (not a tour or set of gigs) to put it to bed, would be best.

The spambot touts will scoop up the majority of the tickets if they only do one gig.

Totally agree. A one off if anything, then let it go and just be part of the sets they do generally.
