omg. that's crazy. actually lyrically it sounds something like a Latvian folk song, maybe because there are references to girl's hair (long hair weaved into plaits symbolized girl's or women's good reputation and so on in Latvian folklore at least i think so. so the lyric "what have you done to your hair" fits in quite well).

and at the end he says they're American. grhmmm

He's brilliant! Good on him. Much better than covering some shite song from High School Musical.

Some James stuff has been uploaded to Youtube. He's talking about his musical influences while he was growing up. However, only the first two parts are there. The third one is missing and the fourth one has run into copyright issues so the sound has been removed . It's interesting stuff from what you get:
