Ok, these guys are make me go insane!! What are you talking about? What order? How did you process the order if there were no money in my card?!
I'm so confused >_< I put some money on the card again, just in case they still have to collect the payment...

and mine they took the money but could not "locate" the order or fact that they did!!

ah well, if it turns out they don't debit you, i will just write off my debit as they charged me for yours if mine never turns up, i am comfortable with that.

Are these guys Bauer Media ? If they are they took my money on 5th October. Which is nice since they'd emailed me to say they couldn't take payment !!!!

They used my Mojo subscription details, which is a bit cheeky as it's on a different bank account. So I'm guessing they meant that payment wasn't made on the card details I'd given them but on the direct debit. Where the fucks my Q ?

Oh got an email today, only took 3 days to reply.

"Dear Sam

Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry to read your issue has not been received and confirm I have arranged for a replacement to be despatched.

Please allow 5-12 days for delivery.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries."

I just want it to be despatched, not to be 'arranged' I want it done and here as it was meant to be.

And why a replacement? What did they do with my other one?

7 copies left in the Cardiff Queen St branch today when I looked, the person I spoke to the other day hasn't replied to me and copy still not received, can someone pm me the email address that's been used to get in touch with these guys thanks.

I can't even remember which card I ordered mine on and I've found a copy in town so i don't even need it now ,getting the money back sounds a right pain in that ass.
