Tbh I don't think it's even particularly any of the bands' business either - people aren't queuing because they want the band to notice them/like them so I can't imagine they'd care if the band don't like it.

I wouldn't queue myself because I can't imagine enjoying it but if people do enjoy it, I don't see why it's a big deal to others. I can totally understand doing it for the social side of things and I can understand that it's worth it for the barriers and I don't think it's fair to start making jibes about people's sex lives for doing it.

well when I queue I do it because for me it's comfortable to be at the barrier, to put my things behind it and to "lie" on it before the gig starts. 2-99th row is very unconfortable for me. So either sitting or being in 1st row
