Ah yes, I kind of figured he was referring to regionalism after his second post. Still don't know if it's neccessarily the samething because let's face it, nit many people outside Canada know about our internal problems with regionalism (it's not jut in Quebec where we have unity problems), but the UK is far more well known in terms of regional distinctions. That's really the distiction I think.
