Has anyone who managed to get tickets received their confirmation email yet? I got two London tickets but still waiting on a confirmation email.

On the plus side though, I have one. It may be seated, but it's a ticket.

Right I'm finished and going to wait to Friday and try Gigs and Tours who always seem to come through. Ticketmaster, you can keep 'em, nightmare, I'm gutted.

Well, I'm just calming now but five minutes ago I was about as angry as I have ever been in my entire life (you could say I'm lucky, not having had cause to get angrier than failing to buy Manics tickets). It's not the failing to get tickets for the London show that really got me, it's the fact that it was my own stupid fault. With about three minutes on the clock, I'm asked to enter my details and in the panic, totally did not read what I was being asked to enter, and put in my surname in place of my email address about ten times. This went on until I realised with five seconds to spare what my mistake was, by which time it was too late.

This is why I would never buy tickets alone by choice - it works wonders to have someone with you to make sure to definitely do everything right and that you do get them, but that wasn't an option for me today.

I'm hoping (to say the least) I can still get some tickets when they go on general sale - haven't seen the band since 2009.

Me too. The presale time was perfect as my 1 year old was having his morning nap but I need to get him up now! Oh well, I'll try again on Friday.

I paid £5.50 for Bristol (secure posting) but did not get charged anything for Newport (Standard posting). Not sure why it gave me those different options but they were the only options for each show.

I've had confirmations for both my tickets. Also found it odd that I had to pay postage for Manchester but not for Newport - maybe they can send the tickets out together? I've never had that before though, very welcome instead of ticket companies always trying to fleece you for all you've got...
