shame Watchdog has finished for this series. It'd be worth telling them if so many people are affected. They'd have to sort it or risk people not wanting to take out subscriptions with them. Another option is spamming Q's inbox with complaints.

It has really hacked me off - going to call and try and find out where the hell my mags are they were petty quick to take my money!

Still no reply from them after I sent them an e-mail over a week ago plus the money has been taken out of my account. Getting pissed of with them tbh.
Luckily I picked up a copy at the WHSmith in Aberdeen last week. |

Im located in Ireland and once i had to wait 6 months for a special magazine edition from a similar publisher in the uk It was a cheap back issue that i wrote off after poor contact from the publisher and was surprised to see it in my hall one morning and waiting a month with this is annoying.

I don't really have the money to pick one up in the shops. Is there really no hope of these online orders being fulfilled?

It could be that they are treating this as a "back issue". With a magazine you are unable to buy it as a "back issue" until it is no longer on the shelves. So it maybe that they are unable to post them out until they are "off the shelf" ?

STILL. NOT. HAD. IT.
*fume* They've got my money. Can I have the goods? Should've just gone to the shop. Internet ordering has back fired again.

Can't believe how shite this has turned out for you lot. Glad I chanced waiting until the shops got them. If you preorder you should have the privilege of receiving them before everyone esle as far as I'm concerned but I know from past experience it doesn't always work like that.

I do think it's all been very badly messed-up, but I think we should all remain calm... I'm confident it will get sorted eventually. Easy for me to say after I bought a shop copy I know...

Best way to go - if you can both a) afford and b) find it in the shop then do it. You can always sell the other one on.

So still nobody got one delivered? Maybe we'll need a new thread for people to say they've got em. There was one for PFAYM? Ah, can't remember.

Doubt this will help many people but I picked a copy in Dumfries today and they had another 5 left. Going to call Baeur on Monday and get a refund since I suspect they've not seen my order and they can't be bothered replying to my email.

Called them up yesterday and they just cited the "28 day" wait for deliveries which misses the point by a country mile. Sure, some items may take this long but not when they're readily available in store. Such a disgusting way to treat customers who pre-order and expect their stuff in reasonable time. Shocking beyond belief.
