Absolutely! You can use the Upload File page, linked from the toolbox on the left-hand side of the page, to upload them and then attach them to relevant articles with the syntax [[Image:whatever.jpg]] (there's a more sophisticated syntax too, try the help pages on Wikipedia for that).
