I'm pretty sure they made sod all from album sales and most of there money from touring. A big arena tour would rake it in.

I've heard that the advance for KYE was more than the money earned through sales of first 5 albums put together - which they decided to spend on Cuba....

I just clicked on this post thinking it said " Manic Street Preachers EARINGS" and I have no idea why...
They didn't really get £100,00 each for playing Glasto in 07 though surely? And the Cuba trip lost them an incredible amount of money.

When he was officially declared dead his parents took control of his estate and thus the royalties. Richey would've been owed something from Journal since he gets credit for writing all the lyrics.

It's not like they make a secret of who did what really, I'd like to see songs labeled properly but I suppose it's just simpler that they don't.
