There are two entrances, one right at the front of the castle (the main entrance) and the other the opposite side at the back of the castle near the stage. General consensus seems to be the back is best if you want to get to the front. The castle is still open to the general public at the moment so not sure where you'd queue at the front entrance without getting in the way.
