Looks like the artwork on amazon is the Album artwork. New Zealand itune also says the deluxe version has all the demos and 4 tracks from the O2 gig

does demos mean james singing them all He would've done guide vocals

When i downloaded Rewind the film from itunes there is a deluxe version of the album which has demos and a lot of the live tracks from the 02 Arena!!!
