Needs vocals, to my mind. Nice, but lacking something as an instrumental.

See it like Sutherland
Dead trees on fading ground
Remember the 80s, remember Thatcher
In glorious pain I'd travel back there

See it like Sutherland
Factories of destruction
In the rough-painted truth
In the thin leaking roofs
Cultural combustion

That'll do.

(I rather like it; it sounds just like the Manics.)

I love the bass part in the middle of the song.

Thanks MSM for sharing!

I like this direction. Not too commercial, dark but yet modern sounding. The drums are cool too.

Is the title meant to sound like "Bend It Like Beckham"?

I liked it. I'll give it a proper listen at home when I can have some quiet time to myself.

I'd love a whole album of tracks like this. I'm guessing this is going to be another 'save it for the retirement box set' track isn't it? I wonder if they've designed the 'Contains Previously Unreleased Material!' sticker already?

It's class, it was always going to be class. Love it, sounds like a Lifeblood-bside, really impressed with the drums, love the polyrhythmic aspect. Beautiful sweeping guitar, and er, ya know, Nicky's on it (is it bass in the middle? sounds more like a guitar, but if it is him then wow)

Porco, reminds me a bit of your stuff too

I think it's because we don't have downloads of copyright material, commercial or not, on this forum.

Still....

Just needs some Nicky vocals and it'd be perfect

No really liked that, and hope it's a sign of what's to come
