Vocals very quiet.
Steady performance though. |

Futurology always sounds like it's got a bit missing. Like a track of guitar.
And those bends in the verse that James plays always sound wrong.

Ah it sounded alright though. Nice to still see James spinning around on TV so deep as we are into the 21st century....

Nicky was almost inaudible. Probably a good thing

The Twitter feedback for that boring song is almost universally negative. They do it to themselves every single time they get an opportunity.

The vocals did seem very quiet; I wonder if they'll re-record it for the Friday broadcast.

The main band usually get two songs on the live broadcast and three on the Friday version.
I spy a Martin Hall sat behind Spandau Ballet |

Two for the Manics as they are 'headlining'. Europa was definitely played at some point with Nina as there is an extra set of stage monitors, and Alex Silva is sat in the crowd

I felt sure Jools said "More from the Manics later". Might be wrong though.

Absolutely slaughtered on twitter. To be fair, one of the weakest performances from them that I've ever seen. So glad the next tour is down to being a 3 piece. What was that god awful noise Naysmyth made? Shame, I actually like that song, it just wasn't a good performance. Hoping for a better 2nd song.
