well, their videos are never that exciting, but that's a bold claim.

Nicky's starting to take this YouTube business very seriously. Which he should because their presence on the site has been found wanting when you consider it's bigger than radio nowadays.
They've had about three different official channels, their vids are often unavailable in a huge number of markets and they managed to premiere SMTW on that horrible bufferfuck Muzo site. Not to mention the dire quality of those barely watchable PFAYM-era vids. Their YouTube views are all over the place but YLAINE never stops delivering and has recently passed 3,000,000. If Nicky is aware of this statistic, Lucy Rose will be starring in the next vid... So, yes, if you want to make the Wire's day, you don't have to preorder the vinyl singles, you can save your money and watch the vid ten times per day instead (with the sound down, obviously). |

Now he just needs his own Facebook and Instagram and his conversion to the dark side (the Internet) is complete!
Never understood his thoughts on technology and it seems now he has changed his mind - which is brilliant Seems like the new PR Company are doing a fantastic job too! |

Which is why we get a rather limited amount of non-acoustic (i.e. Bradders solo) rarities I suspect. I always thought it was Wire! (To be fair, at least there generally is some variation of setlists so I'm not massively grumbling)

Personally I've always found it strange that some people like their vids. The EMG and Faster vids were good (I think Faster is their best) but largely they are just them playing the song

They've got plenty of great videos up until the Lifeblood era. Most of them might be just them playing the song, but they're often very visually interesting/good ways of seeing them do so.
Used to watch the FD DVD near-obsessedly.

Haven't seen any vids after KYE so can't comment on what they are like after that.

There By the Grace of God is good, TLORN is great, the rest vary between mediocre and utter tripe.

Yes, it's Wire's fault that we don't get more variety but I'm not complaining!

They have some good vids, but I wouldn't call any of them amazing. They are not usually that inventive. I mean, I enjoy them, but.
