Glad to know I'm not the only one!
£5.99 for 1st class post... Maybe could have released in September instead of Christmas parcel delivery season?! Oh well.

Best set of demos we’ve had so far.
Tsunami (and Tolerate) are a bit meh. Tsunami after the build-up and Tolerate is just Tolerate. Although I’m sure they’ve said before that they only had one cut of Tolerate as it was knocking about as a likely b-side. YSTS actually has balls on the demo. Enjoying these. |

Refreshing to hear demos that are actually demos, rather than demos recorded for disc 2

If the Manics were copies of Truth then the Wire would be the vinyl, JBD the CD and Seanus the download card.
And why are the band standing in front of a cherry blossom tree in the gatefold picture ?

This demo version of the everlasting is great. Much better than the version we know and love.

Probably not a bad thing we lost the lounge muzak keyboards from YSYs though

Is the live rehearsal stuff from an abandoned 10th anniversary tour?

Had to pick mine up from post office this morning.
What sick bastard still thinks it’s acceptable to put promotional stickers on cellophane rather than the sleeve?

Strangely, Be Natural, SYMM, and You Stole the Sun have benefitted very well from this reissue. All fantastic alternate versions. Everlasting too. I also have a soft spot for Tsunami.
