What if the people going to the gig tonight can't get in because of the queue of Manics fans forming outside?

Yes, but there's bound to be guest lists and special invitations that will add to the actual audience number.

Poor bugger. They'll have a horrible shock in the morning. Having said that, King Tuts is a bar... it's probably some poor bugger who's gone outside for a smoke in danger of causing a queue panic.

I've had to buy tickets off touts before. I don't like them and it does piss me off to see tickets on ebay for so much but hey, if I haven't been able to get a ticket in general sale and I still want to go I'll just take it on the chin and pay more.

They're used to it now, especially if I have coffee. I think they just find my erratic temperament sweetly odd...

Maybe not. I've never had to queue for a gig in there. It's a bar as well and I've always been able to go and sit in the bar before gigs.

I've queued outside before as we got there mid morning but once they openned for lunch they asked us to wait inside. Presumably as we'd put off the punters, so I dunno if they'd let people queue outside pre closing time either

Sounds good, as long as there is no Tennants in there and 'propper' beer, then i will be in there 'sampling' all day!
