Well i rang again this morning and was told hte magazine was re-ordered and to give it a week...And then I receive this email:

Dear Amy

Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry, due to an overwhelming response to the promotions we have temporarily run out of stock. We are sourcing further products as a priority and will dispatch your orders as soon as they arrive at our offices.

Once again I do apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries.

What an absolute fucking joke!!! I rang back and was told that the magazine wasn't re-ordered as they have in actual fact sold out and I need to give it until the 17th and ring up for a solution!!

I've just rang my local WH Smiths and they have a load of copies - I'm going to ring back to cancel my order and go to WH Smiths to buy it!!

Best of luck cancelling, they told me they could t because it's been Market as dispatched. Dispatched when they have none... If you can't cancel it, talk to your bank. Useless twats >

Surely if it's out of stock they can't refuse people refunds for god's sake?! I e-mailed them earlier this week and haven't even had a reply yet, so may well have to speak to my bank in the end. One way or another I'm getting my sodding money back.

so angry I'm ringing back later to try and cancel the order I've rang twice this morning already so will leave it until later. It's just taking the piss was told they could re-order it when I rang back today and today i'm told they can't they seriously don't have a clue!

I phoned up on Wednesday on behalf of a friend who hadn't received hers but doesn't like to complain about things and the woman I spoke with said they had plenty of copies to hand, so saying they're out of stock in an email is very strange.

Has anyone thought on threatening them with Anne Robinson and her Watchdog team?

They really do not have a clue do they! The second time I rang was to ask if it had sold out and I was told it was! The person I spoke to said ring back on the 17th if it isn't here to find a solution! I have rung trading standards and according to them I am fully entitled to a refund.
