could i recommend maybe trying to get in contact with someone over at www.thisoneisonus.org who made the NIN fan dvd, i know this is a different sort of project but they might be able to give you some pointers?
on another note, is that YSTS video from Wolverhampton Civic Hall?

Elizabeth, register as an affiliate with Amazon and Play.com, put sponsored links on your site, and run an appeal asking to all the fans that care about the film to please buy this new album via your Amazon and Play links. I believe the affiliate rates are around 4%, meaning people can effectively donate 40p to the production for free when they buy the new album. This isn't going to amass huge amounts of money by any means, but could gross you a few hundred for just an hour's worth of work. And I think we'd all be willing to help out.
