Sad to hear Nicky sounding so defeatist. It resonates with some of my feelings about the band over the last few years, that now there's actually a fight to be fought they've become invisible. Let's hope the album after this puts that right to an extent, as the section about 30 Year War implies.

Yes, by admitting the Axelrod connection they are 50% out of the woods for me. Sounds promising altogether!

i don't think they're *admitting* anything. They knew what they were doing and the plan was to put it in the press releases all along
