OK, I'm going to do this again because I've had a little shift around recently.

This is my order of preference for the albums with tracklistings as they were intended.
1. The Holy Bible
2. Everything Must Go
3. Journal for Plague Lovers
4. Lifeblood
5. Generation Terrorists
6. Know Your Enemy
7. This is My Truth Tell Me Yours
8. Gold Against the Soul
9. Send Away the Tigers

And this is my order of preference for the versions of the albums I listen to with certain songs substituted for bsides etc.

1. The Holy Bible
2. Everything Must Go
3. Journal for Plague Lovers

Three perfect albums where no songs need to be changed
4. Know Your Enemy
The problem with KYE, as everyone knows, is the bands inability to decide what's album worthy and what isn't. I've pared it down to 11 songs and now I love it.
5. Generation Terrorists
Similar to KYE, it's way too long. I've drafted in some bsides and reduced it to 12 songs. Marvellous.
6. This is My Truth Tell Me Yours
Songs like 'I'm Not Working' and 'SYMM' are dire, bye bye. Hello Prologue to History.
7. Lifeblood
I now consider this a great album with no need to change anything, but it's not as great as the edited versions of all of the above.
8. Gold Against the Soul
Too many mediocre songs, works better for me with Donkeys, Hibernation and Are Mothers Saints. Still 10 tracks.
9. Send Away the Tigers
Barely redeemable, the only song on the album I genuinely like is The Second Great Depression.
