For anyone driving in, I just secured parking at Imperial college for £10.20. Pre bookable and no congestion charge the way I'm coming in. A lot cheaper than four of us getting the train from Stanmore.

Exactly. This isn't really a short setlist.

Do all the Arena Standing tickets show 'Door 1 or 11'? I don't pick mine up 'til tomorrow evening but am trying to plan ahead. I just chatted to staff at the venue and they said the ticket would show one of either door 1 or 11, not both.

Access into the RAH is easy through any entrance, STD Area is not huge. When you enter you'll feel very close to the stage.
I think the ticket prices don't justify the length of the set nor the 2nd set, I mean true, its typical so it was silly to hype it. I think all tickets should have been no more than £35 -£38 |

Timings, from a RAH tweet:
Editors: 7.30pm EMG: 8.45pm Short break 'You won't have heard this in years (if you haven't been to any of our gigs)' set: 8.45pm-ish Probable end: 10.40 pm I've got a ticket for Tuesday, rather than this one, but am tempted to pick up one for this one too. Tempting! How much is it? Is it standing/seating? I'm looking to not pay a hideous amount!
Edit: Just seen your other post; I'm looking to spend a bit less and get a standing ticket, so probably won't take you up on the offer. Thanks anyway! Last edited by comradestripe; 16-05-2016 at 09:43. |

I'm very close to just walking away from this one which I know is a big ol' grump and petty but I'm not feeling this at all.
The set list is very much a no surprises deal (although it will be good to see Tender at least) and having looked at the RAH website I can see why I can't shift my spare ticket. It's in the nosebleediest of nose bleedy areas with no guarantee of anything approximating a view. |

We didn't bother queuing for this one, but still made it to 3rd row so happy with that. Although pissed off that the RAH scanned our standing tickets at the wrong door, we were told to go down some stairs then were stopped and told to join the back of the standing queue back outside and get a wristband. Made us look like we were trying to cheat the queue when we weren't and no one said anything to us about needing a wristband when they scanned our tickets! The staff were useless when I was last here in 2009 as well and couldn't decide where we needed to go to to get wristbands then either.
Oh well, in now at least. I do hope they mix the second half up a bit, but I'm not holding out much hope. |

Same thing nearly happened to us. Thank God the stage is so low. Visually speaking, the RAH is the richist looking venue in London. I just feel so relaxed rather than anxious.

Ten years ago I used to defend The Editors against claims of being a poor man's Interpol. It doesn't help my case when know I see them on stage and think they're playing Interpol songs...
