Sony and the PR company are almost definitely aware of comments here and on the internet, it's actually the only way they would have been alerted to the leak.

As I said on your fb, it takes time to respond to unexpected issues and the PR company are unlikely to have had an 'oops, there's a leak in Australia' press release to hand. From what I know about the PR company, they seem to be real fans of the Manics and are really enthused about the upcoming album.

The classical pieces are well out of copyright. If there is a copyright reason, I don't think Tchaikovsky raised the complaint.
