There's one near me that always gets the Glasto specials etc., so I bet they'll do it.

yea Q might have a certain amount going to these stores and they might not be able to order extra..then again *selected* might just mean *not available in travel stores* which is usually the case with offers and there'll be everywhere

interesting to see that the description has been changed, no more word of "38 audio tracks on 38 cd's"

maybe people judged too soon and it was all just a typo.....

They still have time to stop it being a National Travesty.

i really hope it is a typo for the sake of those fans who can afford this set, to be honest.

there's also the case that they could have changed the wording because of people cancelling pre-orders?

it would be nice if someone from or on behalf of the band (obviously not their "fuck consumers" record label) would go ahead and confirm a tracklisting for the set.

i am also suspicious that there's no images of what's actually inside - imminent deluxe sets (Nirvana, U2, The Who) have had the actual contents as part of the press release picture......

With director's commentary especially for the dancing girls version.

So we got:

2 CD
2 CD and DVD
download
itunes download w/ videos
2 CD w/ single
2 CD and DVD w/ single
2 CD Signed
2 CD w/ poster
2 CD and DVD w/ poster
Boxset
Boxset w/ 7"
Q 12"

for some reason the more versions they come up with the less excited I get about this and the closer I get to not buying any edition, which is strange being a collector.

As much as I would like the boxset, it's just too expensive. I would rather see anniversary editions of some more albums which Wire has stated in the past that they won't release as not enough people would buy them. They would at least be better value for money.
