Yeah, it would. Unless he is on here? The secret arm slicing, experimental sci-fi writing man he is, a god? I'm going for the 'Yes'.

I like the look of Rock Oz'Arènes on the first page.
I'd like to see them at that floating bar in the coves of Halong City, Vietnam. Or Birmingham's Custard Factory, I'm easy. |

I just think they should do a gig in the Channel Islands (preferably Guernsey!...but alas, if that were to happen it'd be in Jersey!)

I'd like to see them at the Webster Theatre in CT (not anything spectacular, but close by, and not at all likely ha ha) or the House of Blues in Boston, or the Bowery Ballroom in NYC.

Given the number of us that were at Southampton who actually seemed to care for most of the show can the next Southampton date be at the Joiners or better still the Talking Heads, they sell ale there.

I would love them to play here of course, it's always a treat when your favourite bands play round the corner from your gaff! Either way, the sound is generally pretty rubbish (see Kings of Leon, Placebo etc) in there but it is a unique venue and a decent sound engineer can make it sound OK on the right night (Them Crooked Vultures, Biffy, Prodigy etc.) I can see it happening mindyou because they've not been here for a while and it seems quite popular for the "slightly bigger 2nd tour" that so many bands do at the moment.

The church they converted into a library into an arts centre down the road. They have school orchestras play there, so the manics can borrow one if they like.

Cork Opera House again. They played there back in 98 and i missed it. There's a nice big picture of the gig from the rare of the stage, taken by Mitch Ikeda, that's in the FD photo book. I think Nicky is kneeling down in it.
However, after looking at the manicspedia site, it must be one of, if not the worst set the band ever played. |

Any venue on my town would do.

Plymouth Pavillions would be nice as it's close, though I don't think they could fill it.
