I think it's the worst video they've ever made, absolutely dreadful, even worse than the Autumn Song ones!

Whoever put forward this treatment for that song should have been punched in the face.

Maybe, not sure what Big Train is though. I think I got this idea from an episode of the X-files in season 5 I think where there's this huge chess game and suddenly this guy gets shot from someone high up in the stadium. Should have done that in this video, have James going mental on everyone with his guitar.

hmm not worse than Autumnsong, IMO, but a close second!

I'm not too sure what people were expecting from this?? It is afterall, a pretty short song. I thought it was fine considering i don't like the track. Anna Friel looks tasty in it.

Madonna playing chess in the Power of Goodbye video with sexy Luka from ER was much better than Friel and Sheen!! A lot sexier too!

We got the Manics acting!
Performance videos usually get compared to the Richey ones. Think I posted here how I wouldn't like another performance video for the song? My wish granted!
If the album is as commercial as it's proving to be, I'd hope the band have some ideas for other tracks on the album having a one take film for them?
And come on, One take! "Praise You" and other Award winning videos have edit cuts!
Unless it turns out to be edited so it looks like a single shot?
The next video will probably feature the Manics more prominently if they don't have any input into the concept.

It was good, but not the best in my opinion.
I just hate those videos where the band is just playing the song in front of the camera. At least we saw a concept and a genuine idea.
