Shame Empty Souls got dropped, but I love SATT. They should really have dropped Autumnsong and replaced it with SATT instead though.

Thanks for the updates!

I feel sorry for Lifeblood, it's like some poor abused puppy that eventually gets kicked out at Christmas time

That's a good point - the swap I mean. Besides, I've had enough of Autumnsong. For some reason it's the only Manics track that gets frequent airplay on Virgin radio (which I set my radio alarm to!)...

I want Sleepflower! On the SATT tour I was at the ONLY gig on the tour that they didn't play it! Hope it's back for Brixton or Cambridge!!!

Totally.

Not too sure about Sleepflower either - maybe it's just taking a break for a few gigs, but surely they realise that quite a few people are looking forward to seeing it? Or maybe they don't realise we all know what to expect when we go to their gigs

That's the song-from-every-album promise broken now. I wonder if Ocean Spray will go the same way at some point?

i'd love to hear Die in the summertime..my favourite manics song. I doubt they'll EVER play it but i'm not going to throw a strop and sell my tickets. Manics gigs arent just about the songs..they could do a full greatest hits set and it still be brilliant

LOL! Good luck with that one, they love it for some reason!? I liked it when James played the acoustic and played the riff in the chorus, but it now just sounds like they should be at an evening of jazz wannabes. Like modern versions of tolerate tbh, i used to love that before 2004.

thanks for the setlist.
satt was a nice addition but as much as im looking forward to my weeks worth of gigs i agree that these selists are rusty hoop. HOOP.
there is absolutely no chance of any different songs being chucked in now is there?
hell, even a completely different order might shake it up a little.
full marks for onstage effort etc, poor poor poop for actual setlists

I think I've got enough GH set. 20th August was the last one and if there is an European tour next year... I'm definitely not ever going to UK to hear a GH set again. Die In The Summertime... oh...They rehearsed it in Forum 07 but didn't play it

Of course and they know it. I think that they didn't want to play ES again (guess why - it's too good maybe) and hadn't rehearsed any other Lifeblood song... my fear was ES/1985 (which I've already heard live and I haven't ever been a fan of the song, but Empty Souls is one of my absolute favourites), but what they did... is horrible...
