Not sure if anyone will be able to get anything signed at the O2...some of those big venues can be impossible, and they will be knackered after 4 hours.

At the O2 they can drive straight in, there's a carpark bit inside so they can walk through the back and get straight into their cars

Hmmm. I could do Birmingham but I have a lecture 2-3, although having said that it's in a building near the train station and trains are every 10 minutes and take about 10 minutes to get into New Street...if I got to HMV about 3:30, would I still be able to catch them?

Yeah, it sounds like after their gig in Cardiff this year. Not long after the gig ended (well, half an hour?) two cars with blacked out windows left. Had to be Nicky and his entourage, I reckon! Up past his bedtime....

Popped into HMV on the way home from work. They should be starting at half 5, wristbands are limited to 4-500 people, earlier you get there the better, if there's enough people in the morning they'll open before 9

How many people here are gonna be there early? I'm aware of four or five so far.

Before 9.00?! God I'm out of practice at this stuff, the last signing I went to at HMV was Suede in 1992.

Can't complain though since I only live 15 mins away (and 2 mins from where Nick was - on top form - today, which I was completely unaware of - grrr!).

Not sure, gonna discuss it with Rich this weekend I reckon. Just don't wanna turn up at 6am to a massive queue to maybe several hours earlier. As for picking you up, I don't have a car. Unless you wanted a piggy back? In which case, the answer is no.

Ok, I was considering a day of sleep and then getting there for 4AM maybe.

Well you can just meet me on the way then.
