What's the best guess for the time that the Manics will come on stage? My lad is hoping to get there but isn't leaving Norwich till gone 5pm on the train.

I think I saw somewhere that PSB are on at 7.30pm so presumably the Manics will be on about 8.45pm?

My guess is PSB on about 8 with Manics on just after 9

We're aiming to get in the venue by 7. That gives us time to purchase over priced beer and merch...

So if they're starting at 9, when are they finishing?

The Cardiff and Cambridge gigs finished around 10.30, would imagine it'd be similar at Wembley! Unless they're doing an extra special Christmas extravaganza with an added selection of B-sides and "Lifeblood" tracks for the faithful

Do I dare to dream that there'll be much (anything) different in the set to the Autumn tour?

I went to an o2 Academy gig last week and they wanted the app, not the card, so be aware.

Yeah don't rely on the card - they'll ask for the app or the COVID pass letter

In my experience it's been very hit and miss around the COVID pass - some venues have been fine with the card, some wanted the actual pass, some didn't ask for anything! Better safe than sorry to have the app as there's no knowing what they'll want on the night. I think it depends on whether the particular member of security staff can be bothered (and to be frank, I'd MUCH rather they focused on checking for potential bombs or weapons than whether or not someone's had a vaccine).

I tried many times but I just couldn't get it set up properly - this phone is old. 😔

Venues will accept the pass letter. It'll be in their COVID FAQs ... not everyone has a smartphone

Oh yes I know - when I said app I meant any of the official documents, I should have been more clear.

Nevertheless my prediction would be that there's an equal chance of them also accepting the card, or not requesting any proof at all.

Every time I've done this I've gone to the NHS website and downloaded a pdf version of my covid pass. I've then screenshot this on my phone and presented the screenshot of the QR code for scanning.

No need to install an app.
