Mm, sweet and savoury maybe.

I liked James's answers there, and the questions were more interesting than the first bunch. Although "might of"?? C'mon! I wonder if they'd consider going back to analogue to do an album, that might really push them to make something a little less polished.

Nicky citing Bill Ryder-Jones as an 'up-and-coming' musician says everything we need to know about him.

To me, salted caramel is just sweet, with the salt enhancing the sweet taste. Tangerines are more like sweet and sour to me. Or a classic lemonade with honey. But if he chose this last one, people might think Beyoncé. ^,^"

Agree with you on the James' answers.
Also, the use of capital letters, and lack thereof.

Come on James, assuming you mean Doc Martens, they are perfect for a "buy a 6th copy of the album, win my old shoes" competition.

Am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as I assume these were done over a phone call and transcribed?

Am chalking this one up to the curse of the Sony Work Experience Kid ,but I make no such excuses for the state of Nicky's handwritten lyrics.

Sean: Guys, I'm ready to write the entire album! Have you seen my tambourine I played on the old demos that have got magic powers I didn't tell anyone about?
James: Er...

Yes, that's like a 'Mojo' new artist - been around for years/decades, multiple albums, but they are new to them! Dude's mid 50s, so I'm not expecting cutting edge from him/them!

Nicky makes Salted Caramel?

Ingredients:

4 bags Golden Wonder (preferably ready salted or salt and vinegar)
3 4-finger Kit Kats, (adjust to taste)

Recipe:

-Place ingredients in bag.
-Bash with rolling pin. It can help to shout “WHAT_HAP-PENED_TO_YOUR… CRITICALTHINKING!?” to get in the mood.
-Empty contents into a glass bowl suspended in water in a pan (bain-marie, it’s called, says James).
-Gently stir over a low heat until the Kit Kat pieces melt and flow around the crisp fragments (make sure they don’t fail to hold you).
-Carefully empty contents into a mould of your choice, e.g. vacuum-cleaner-shaped.
-Leave to set (optionally place in fridge for half an hour once slightly cooled) before serving.
-Enjoy!

I wrote to Banquet Records a few days ago to confirm it was still going ahead as I need to book travel but they've just blanked my email. Tossers.

Actually took half that time to get to crisps (sadly the lists themselves have been swallowed up by the void):

https://www.manicstreetpreachers.com...op-ten-crisps/

Think James has also done another few minutes with large segment related to crisps.
