As my plane ticket isn't purchased yet the arrival and departure dates/times might vary slightly but I wanted to post this to see if anyone was interested, if so just shoot me a PM thanks!

I hope someone in the London area does adopt you and you don't end up camping outside the O2 with the queue Nazis. Good luck to you.

I do hear such tales, it does seem a tad strict but then I guess it is sort of nice to know your space is ok. These days it tends to be
"what order are we in?"
"well i got here about 20 minutes after you so you can be 1 and I'll be 2"

I don't think any of that nonsense has gone on since 2004/2005. I certainly haven't seen it since the Lifeblood tour anyway.

Thanks and you bring up a good point (which I'll make and then I'll quit filling up the thread with my request), while I know the axiom of 'beggars can't be choosers' applies here, I'd prefer not to queue any longer than 2 hours before the show (to then stand another 3-4 hours inside before and during the show on the floor as my back is just slightly sturdier than Nicky's haha), if that's a dealbreaker for anyone who was considering PMing me then I apologize

Na, it's just common manners these days. I got there about 10am for my first Manics gig 2007. When people pushed in front of us we were too shy to say anything but before doors Sam and Amanda (who I had never really spoken to that much yet) came back, said 'No way, you arrived hours before all these people' and took me and my friends forward to where we were meant to be. Being young and shy, that was a great advert for how ace Manics fans can be.

My Nazi statement wasn't a reflection on them as people (they were quite nice) - but rather just in terms of their organisation and enforcement.
