I'd imagine you can queue at the arena without a ticket, from past experience. It's a big venue, the ticket office should be open earlier maybe? you could contact them to ask.

I hope you're right, Tim, it might be worth a shot, but it already happened last September in Manchester and at the O2 for the NT gig

After I emailed Gigs and Tours to ask if I could collect from the venue they sent me an email which I have to print out and show when I get there. So if you have the print out with you, you can't be told that you can't queue as it's proof that you do have tickets.
Somewhat annoyingly, though, they did say that you can't collect your tickets until 6:30 which, according to the site, is when the doors open. I'm going to phone the venue at some point this week and see if the box office is open during the day.

I've never had to show my ticket to queue anywhere untill i get to the door. The ticket office must open earlier.. i would think the ones that only open at doors would be club like venues ?

According to a message from G+T my mate just had, the tickets for Cardiff WILL NOT BE SEND OUT BUT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION from 18.30. Yes, really.
She lives abroad, not sure whether the same applies to people who gave a UK despatch address. 18.30 gig day, of course. I.E., when the doors open.

I had am email over 10 days ago saying tickets were being dispatched but havent had them, I sent an email and havent got any reply yet. I'm getting worried now as I'm having to travel a long way on the Saturday for the gig and meet my fella there as he is working in London.
Is it definate that the tickets need to be collected at the venue?
