I live up the road in Kingswinford and the only time I ever go to Wolverhampton anymore is to watch the Manics play the Civic Hall. Otherwise I would avoid it like the plague.

I've only ever had great experiences in Wolverhampton - the venue, street ping pong, the people, nice weather, good company. Course if it's that bad no one's forcing anyone to go there

I guess it's a bit of a dump but I love the Civic Hall and I usually enjoy my visits there too. It is fun to embellish hatred for certain places.

I quite like Wolverhampton - I've always found the Black Country to be by far the friendliest place around here

At the moment there are questions as to whether that is staying due to the rental costs in the Mander Centre! It'll probably remain but at the moment a lot of the shops are under threat due to escalating rental costs

Wolves is a great place, the venue is brilliant and the band love it.

Getting very excited for this date, I've organised my outfit and everything. Where's everyone staying after?

I'm looking at staying at the Novotel or Britannia,what's happended to the wolverhampton travelodge? It's not coming up on my search results anymore? Anyway food/drinks before or after will be cool.
