big box set updated and says 38 re-mastered vinyl finish CD Singles including B-Sides, no hint of it being "CD1" only.

If they're seemingly reading here and taking requests, can we also have some Manics Action Figurines included? James with his Blackstar Amp Accesory, Wire with pump action mic waving arm which can also shoot out politics degree certificates and Sean with just a big fuck off gun.

Oooh, JCEQT is involved. Might be nice to see that played at the O2?

JCEQT was always set to be part of it, as oddly a one-sided 7". i have one of them, i am sure it's one of the White Stripes singles off Icky Thump.

as for playing it at the O2 as part of a singles set, yes they should, and they should introduce it as "OK, here is one of four singles that would have gone Top 20 off Journal For Plague Lovers but we didn't release any singles as we are stupid bastards, please forgive us".

But they told they'll play 38 songs, so they'll likely play just the 38 "standard edition" song and not JCEQT and the others just mentioned...

The number 40 has been thrown around (it was described to me as a '40 song setlist') but not sure whether that was just him rounding things up.

Nicky mentioned 38 on his twitter.
But we all know what Nickys words mean.
