He can still hit all the notes though I think. Some bands have to alter the pitch of the song, as they can't hit the highest or lowest note. He still has a pretty graet voice live. Especially during Motown Junk, LTD etc.

I think he still sounds pretty good most of the time. However it's not so much "A design for life" anymore as "wah design for life"

JDB hasn't made for a very convincing rock god over recent times and I for one am delighted that he's taken this opportunity to go into hiding for a couple of years while he gets a new hairline and a nip and tuck.
