Have emailed them too. Never had problems like this with them before!
Phoned the Motorpoint too, and they said that there was nothing they could do as the tickets were booked through an outside agaent and they could only anwer questions regarding their allocation. Great.

I should be at this, assuming the nice person from Scarlet Mist actually shows up on the day (and assuming they've received their tickets by then!).
Looking forward to a good Cardiff gig. I thought the last gig here in 2011 was brilliant.
