Hey!! I've been to the Olympia before but have always had tickets for the circle. Does the floor hold many people? It seemed relatively small looking down at it from what I remember. Also does anyone know if they will be doing the whole circle/pit wristband thing? I think I've heard people mention wristbands regarding the Olympia before but not sure if it's for every gig or an occasional thing.

I went there at the beginning of the year and there was no wristband for the pit.
I hope there wont be for tomorrow anyway! |

I really fancied a few pints before this one, but as I'll be on the bus from the airport and straight in, it'll be a swift one at Stansted and some crafty swigs from whatever I can pick up in the airport cheapish on the plane. Bah!

Savage pint of Guinness in Brogans which is right next door to The Olympia

Incredibly cheap (but very average) pints. Plus you have to walk past one of the finest establishments in Ireland, Mulligan's, to get there. Not far past it. Mulligan's doesn't do music (in any form) or any fancy shite. Just unbelievable pints of Guinness. Quote:
Just the one like.

The first time i was in there was before the Lifeblood gig, so it wouldn't be right not to go in there for my Brogans 10th anniversary.

Might be a place to keep out of the cold before the bus.

I won't be drinking before this gig - I want to be stone cold sober to take everything in.
Also, I'm with Dave-O, do Mulligans rather than Club Hell.

Mr. Self Destruct and myself were only discussing this the other night (in the pub, naturally) and I think the general consensus is take it easy on the beer for the reasons mentioned above. And the 3 hour bus journey home after. Most of the Aircoach fleet have loos now though.
