The different spellings of Stephen gave me the biggest laugh of this day and I've just been mobbed by visiting my sister and her dogs that were puppies when last saw them.
Even pushed against the wall from the force of a massive dog jumping up from a couch and spelling still funnier.
They're the band that keeps on giving and I'm glad my cooperation is being appreciated.

CDJapan.co.jp have always been excellent in my experience (though pricey), they have a few of the 1CD version left as I post… going off the Sony site it looks like both the 1CD and 2CD should have the bonus tracks on CD1.

I would usually also recommend Amazon.co.jp, but they don’t seem to have the Japanese versions available to ship to the UK yet, they might do once the album is released(?)
