I'm currently at Paddington with a pint of Pride waiting for the train at 1245. It seems all the rugby fans are leaving from here too. I'm hoping by buying a first class ticket plan pays off.

Also, I'm wearing my Skints t-shirt today if any of you see me around.

I saw the occasional Manics t-shirt whenever I passed coffee shops, but whenever I noticed a pub all I could see were rugby meathead scum. Where are folk likely to be?

Regards,
Marwood.

Is that for searching purposes? Does that mean I get touched up by a guy for free?

Double score!

Can any tell me what time doors open and when it's best to queue from for a relatively good place near the front?

My hope is that by the time I reach Cardiff the Rugby fans will be in the stadium and the pubs will be more bearable. No idea where I'll end up though. I was going to try The City Arms at least

City Arms might be difficult as it's right by the stadium. Somewhere like the Pen and Wig might be a better bet, as it's slightly off the beaten track but still not far from the arena.

There's one right by it, the Traders Tavern. People queue by there, its pretty small though.

I've reached Newport. There was quite a few rugby fans trying to get on the train. I think I'll be doing my drinking here instead.

At least the hotel is reasonably close to the station
