Are you just not reading what I'm saying? I've already explained my comments. I wasn't saying their opinions were invalid, just we were using different perspectives for our opinions.

Just a difference of perspective. I think you need to get a little less defensive.
Do I need to put this in bigger font?. This does not mean his/her opinion is invalid.

This is absolutely true.

And this is truer than you even realise!

For me, personally, I see Lifeblood as a true work of art. I don't listen to the Manics very often anymore and haven't cared for very much of their recent stuff, but Lifeblood is still the album that most consistently reminds me of why I got so involved.

Lifeblood has the best artwork. At rough trade James said they'd be happy to put the paw prints on whatever ..even Lifeblood. No James. I don't want my copy ruined by scrawls

The artwork is very good. I think only THB and KYE compete.

Preferred JFPL to THB's artwork. I liked KYE's … shame about the album

pretty sure that the only reason (or the main reason) they dislike it is it because it flopped commerically, it certainly wasn't a band trying to be liked, unlike the later albums....wish they could just realise that just because a crowd isn't moshing like crazy doesnt mean they don't like the songs.

SATT did very well early on, but has gone down in people's estimations since...think the same will happen to futurology and then rewind the film will be seen more like lifebood.
