I was wondering if anyone with the TUVL double CD hard cover casebound deluxe edition could let me know what the dimensions are.

it's the exact same as RIF, SATT anniversary, JFPL, etc

(Still annoys me that TIMT was different; GATS gets a pass as they clearly went for something else there.)
