Nicky's Second Book

We all know that Nick's first book with Faber and Faber is the polaroids one, which sounds pretty fantastic, but what will his second one be? Perhaps...

Will it be made of blank pages so you can write your own make up secrets in it? Because he clearly hasn't any.

Meow! This from a Nicky girl.

The only directions within are: 'Provide drunk panda with cosmetics and sit back and think of Wales'.

I'm a Nicky girl and I love the man to bits, but I also have eyes, and even if what they see is wonderful, is not what I'd like to put on my face...

Can it be related to his 'Unwritten Diaries' in some way?

Had he started his Definitive Manics Autobiography I wonder if he would have been able to keep it secret.

Another contender is, I guess, a poetry book.

I would love to read a Nicky's poetry book...as long as Patrick is not involved though.

I Have a Politics Degree: The Nicky Wire Story

No, I'm hoping for a decent autobiography of the band!

Hopefully it's a book on stories of the band we've never heard from their touring days, etc from the early days to present.

I'm still hoping it's autobiography covering Nicky's childhood, up until the point where the band sign a record deal.

Faber's editorial director Lee Brackstone bought rights to 2 titles - the details of the second one "are still to be decided". Probably a 2 book deal with the 2nd one still being pondered over. Housekeeping hints & tips maybe? Or a novel of alienation, despair dead trees on a traffic island. As longs as it's not anothercelebritycookerybook.....
Lee Brackstone is a bit of a fan http://www.thethoughtfox.co.uk/?p=4209
