Just thought I'd rephrase that for you Tom!

If it were destroyed what would rise in its place? Can we only destroy bits of it, cos there are bits which rule.

Aye I'd fatally maim Ferne Cotton, Jo Wiley, Kelly Osbourne, Nick fucking Grimshaw, Scott Mills and Westwood. I
'd probably let Zane Lowe keep his slot, but I'd have to remove his vocal chords so he STOPS SHOUTING ALL THE TIME "OH MY GAWWD YEAH MAAAHN THIS IS THE HOTTEST TRACK IN THE WORLD EVERHH MAAAHN WOW YEAAAH BIG UP THE CHOON." Shut up.

I do however have a lot of time for Huw Stephens and Steve Lamaqcdsfadfabjshd.

Is Lamacq's show on radio 1? I'm a bit confused...

Think they cut the amount of time Lamacq has these days. I also enjoy the Colin Murray show when I listen to it occasionally (Usually Manics related!). Lost tra k of who does what shows these days!

I told you all why they didn't playlist it, THE RECORD LABELS PAY FOR THEIR ARTISTS TO BE ON RADIO PLAYLISTS... THAT IS HOW THE INDUSTRY WORKS

END THE THREAD

We're keeping Annie Mac. Sure, she's unlikely to play a Manics track but we're keeping her, no arguments.

I'm sure it's R1 that they listen to at work and I've heard it a few times. Unless it's not R1 of course!

I too was unaware of Lamacq's presence on R1, thought he was just on 6Music and that midnight show on R2?

He was booted off Radio 1 slowly (Like Whiley hopefully will). He had 4 nights, then 1, then 0 if I remember right.
