I'd really like the next Manic Street Preachers album to be in the same vein as the songs below.
Hopefully John Cale could produce the next album. 12 Tracks in what I think is the perfect order. No interviews comparing it to past glories i.e. The Holy Bible, Everything Must Go etc. No guests, as much as I love them and all 12 songs sung by James. 1. The Vorticists ( I think something like this would open up the album perfectly) 2. Intravenous Agnostic 3. You Stole The Sun From My Heart (I feel they've still got a 'hit' of this calibre in them) 4. This Joke Sport Severed (Really relevant strings) 5. Some Kind Of Nothingness 6. Autumnsong 7. Found That Soul 8. Journal For Plague Lovers 9. All We Make Is Entertainment 10. Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky/Facing Page: Top Left 11. Tsunami 12. Fearless Punk Ballad (The perfect ending in my opinion)
