The sample at the beginning was great, and the final few lines of the song was just crowd shoutiness and a grinning James.

Was showing my vids to my nephews and niece. One of my nephews said James was 'a silly rockstar!'

Most of us will sit there clocking the t-shirts from tours-gone-by, so lets see if we can put together a who's who of who was there. The chances are alot of us were sat next to each other without knowing.

I'll start, as you walk in the door, I was sat in the sofas directly to your left with my back to the window with my wife. I was wearing a black send away the tigers tour t-shirt!
We had a bit of a tour around town from 3-00 stopping off at Weatherspoons, Hogshead, Yates, had a look at the ping pongers in the queue, a walk around Molineux then back to the hotel, quick shower, change of SATT t shirt to Postcards, then to Hogshead for bite to eat.
May have saw you, not many SATT's around !
We were sitting left balcony (JDB side) 2nd row near isle just infront of wheelchair, think I spotted Little Sue.
Got told to sit down during ADFL

Is it up? I haven't seen it yet - to be perfectly honest, I completely forgot. I may have had my fair share of whiskey and coke that night. And by night, I mean afternoon as well! But yes, I pretty much lost my voice after Stay Beautiful. I kinda have it back now, but I sound a tad manly... The morning after, I could barely speak at all! Not that I really went to bed, seeing as Yates and various other pubs were open all night! EDIT: Just watched it. I don't look anywhere as near as drunk as I actually was! Considering I was in one pub or another since 2pm, I seem remarkably sober!

That's okay - I just hope I didn't scare you too much!

Turned up eventually, didn't we? You know, I might have to try beer and sherry now...

Only joking about the accent, nice to know there are others from round here willing to travel that distance for a night out, well worth it don't you think?

A very slight hint of an accent, and that's about it. But then again, compared to the rather strong accent I had the *ahem* pleasure of hearing in Wolverhampton (no offence to you locals. Besides, I live in Bristol!), you sounded positively neutral

I got punched, pushed and kicked though at the barrier haha, even so much that the Crowd Control had to start pushing them off me!
Think i was standing next to you and gave you the plectrum ..... apologises if it isnt you
Amazing show and the crowd was fantastic ... apart from idiots behind me that kept threatening to slap me if i didnt move because they wanted to be at the barrier ... still got the bruises.... but i was going no where!!

There was one guy who tried to push in not far from me towards the end. I fought my corner though!

A bit more on my thoughts about The Joy Formidable. Thought they were very watchable and held my attention the entire time they were on. Unlike alot of support bands I can still see their performance clearly in my head rather than being lost in the mists of time! Thought their frontwoman engaged with the audience really well. Loved the kooky, almost Brother's Grimm type 'characterisation' with full on rage whilst still including smiles and a bit of fun. And her interaction with the drummer was fab as well!

I did'nt mind them, although every song sounded much the same in the end, also all the lead guitar was taped still with only 3 on stage I suppose no choice, she had a good voice, almost Kate Bush like
