It does suck getting stuff from outside the UK. When I get my EMA (and thus a bank account) I'll be able to get stuff for you and send it over if you so wish?
I've found a book now thanks to Sam so call off the search.

At least with internet it's sort of easy to find the occasional bargain or rarity, but then there's killer postage and 'delivery anxiety' (what if it gets lost/damaged?). I'd love for once to be able to walk randomly in a second hand/charity shop and find something cool that I can just carry home! Anyway, I'm glad you found the book! I don't know if you've already seen it, but it's even worth the 30£ I paid!! |

I've not yet been in a charity shop / shop other than HMV and seen any of their stuff. Never ever seen a proper copy of Lifeblood either, it never seems to get stocked around here. I blame JDB.
I'll come on here and squee when I've seen it!

Thought I should mention this here - Mitch Ikeda's Forever Delayed photo book is now available to preview (lots of pages!) on Google Books:

As I just posted a cover of one of Anthony Melder fanzines (in 2010 there was a discussion about him), maybe sometimes somebody will compile the best ones created by the fans into a "MSP alternative reader"?
