Question Manic Street Preachers: Prole Art Threat by Ben Roberts

Does anyone know what the deal is with this book? I can't find any information about it:

http://books.google.com/books/about/...d=n7qEkgEACAAJ

I don't know anyone who actually has it. Books about the band are about the only Manics memorabilia sort of thing I've decided to consciously collect, so I am curious. It looks like it is probably another standard-issue bio (and it mysteriously includes in its title what appears to be a Fall song shout-out?), but I would like to know if there are any uncommon pictures in there or anything else of note.

I have heard of it vaguely before. Don't know anything else about it though, sorry. Horrible front cover on it by the looks.

I don't think it was ever released. Forever delayed, perhaps?

It's to be included with the No Manifesto collectors edition

Yes, this would explain it, as I can't find copies for sale anywhere at all. How curious.
