Early Letters
Yesterday Steve Lamacq held his radio show at the British Library in London and he donated some manics memorabilia for an exhibition.
He tweeted about it "Yes that is a hand written letter by a very young @Manics member!" source ![]() It made me wonder which very young Manics member has written the letter and I compared the handwriting of some early letters I have pictures of: 1) Richey - his handwriting is more angular, doesn't look like this letter. ![]() 2) Nicky - his handwriting is bigger and more sloppy. ![]() 3) James - I think I regognize his "g"s and "y"s. ![]() So it's probably been written by young James. Agree? |

Think you're right - the angled 'Love James/MSP's look very similar too.

I never knew James had such nice handwriting.

By looking at the last (James') handwriting, I had the feeling I was looking at a middle/high school student's homework...

What's that in the top letter? 'We can't change our name. So we're stuck as Manic Street Preachers' ?!
