A Billion Balconies Facing the Sun
If there is one song on this new album that'll impress the pants off everyone its this one. its easily a classic manics song in every way. the rest are very middle of the road for the band though. but this song is a hilight
you can hear a snippet on Amazon. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...2748033&sr=8-6

I know! Best track on the album. Definitely! Sadly, it's not enough, IMO.

OH GOD. I've listened to half those snippets for the first time and most of them sound shite. That one listed is probably one of the best though.
I'm tired and emotional though so I'm just going to forget this ever happened... |

First listen of This Is My Truth: I thought Tsunami and Nobody Loved You were amazing but thought the rest wasn't that great, but the album turned out to be a grower. The new album is SO going to be the same as that but with A Billion Balconies.. and Auto-Intoxication.

Why am I not amazed it doesn't sound like EMG. What happened to great, big guitar riffs/solos/strumming?! I really hope it plays better as a full album rather than these little snippets...

I've not listened to them, as I don't want to ruin the excitement of getting the album when it comes out. I listened to a few demos and also this Billion Balconies. I personally can't judge a song on about 30 seconds, it's impossible but the guitar work sounded boss!!!

I dunno, based on the snippets it's one of the less interesting ones.
But, y'know, it's only a 30 sec snippet. Those have never been trustworthy.

From the 30 second clips, this and Auto-Intoxication sound like the best ones to me. I'm a bit more hopeful that I'll like the album now.

It's OK.

We are still waiting on this section, it's gonna be badass. But while you wait perhaps you would care to peruse the lyrics for 'Underdogs' and 'Your Love Is Not Enough', from the album 'Send Away The Tigers'. |
