Endless Plain Of Fortune

I dont think this song has received the recognition it deserves. One of the best things they've done in ages. Please wax lyrical. Thanks

Is it an official release or it's been just performed live?
I have to know if I've to add it to the B-sides list!

They recorded a proper version for BBC Radio Wales and it was played a couple of weeks ago. Without saying too much on open forums and all that, its knocking about if you know what I mean. Nudge nudge, wink wink. Should have been a proper release though

It is a brilliant cover. I love all the covers they've done though!

Prefer the more recent version w/ orchestra, very similar orchestral arrangement to Chris Thomas' on the original...

Just listened to this, then the original again straight after. Made me realise what a crying shame it is that in all Cale's crossovers with the Manics he's stuck to playing piano and not duetted or even done harmonies with James. Two of our best cultural exports singing together.

Right so, I'm getting the Q vinyl but dont have the means to play it. Is it the same version that went out on BBC radio or have they re-done it or what?
