Lady Lazarus

And there's a spoken word part on Groundhog Days, if that counts.

Wow...the only songs on the list I like and listen to often are "Dying Breeds" and "William's Last Words".

You're such a cock.

There are demo versions of She Bathed Herself In A Bath Of Bleach and Marlon JD which are sung by Mr Wire if they count?

I know, I literally thought that when I posted. You're still a dick though.

what a bloody shame Wire didn't sing Autumnsong. we could whine and complain about it for fucking centuries, even more than we do now.

I like it too! But bits with the choir are really annoying. They should've left them out but I guess they thought 'Oh god, there's too much Wire in the song and people will hate it. Let's distract the listeners by mixing in an awful gospel choir.'

Wattsville Blue, Future Has Been There Forever and William's Last Words are all A-grade amazing. And most of the rest are good too, especially Ballad of the Bangkok Novotel.

I really like the bit where he sings "And you can't shake off your yesterdays...", and then the choir kicks in.

He sings vocals in the choruses of Intravenous Agnostic - one of the things I love about the song. Stick on the headphones and turn it up full blast to appreciate the layering of the vocals.
